How do I start, and does it cost anything?
Start with the free health assessment. Advanced adds deeper guidance, and the Pricing page shows what each plan includes.
What does the assistant do with my questions?
It answers from your own records and published guides, shows the source, and never diagnoses. Your messages are kept for 120 days and you can delete them at any time.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete your chat history, export your data and close your account from your settings.
